Wonderful service!!!! We originally called to get a warranty replacement from Mr Tint. VIP was able to replace it and did a great job. We came back a couple weeks later to tint our other car and it turned out flawless! Very impressed!!!!!

Not impressed. Took two weeks for an appointment to come to my house and give me an estimate for window film at our house. Upon arriving, the salesman only had two samples of window film with him that he recommended, both shiny and metallic, I really dont want a mirror finish on my windows. It looks cheap and doesnt look right. After walking the property and writing down the amount of windows and their measurements, he calculated the cost. I asked him about the 10% discount in our local magazine, he said that he would honor it, but your taking food out of my kids mouth. J/K he said. When I tried to follow up with him after he left with additional questions, he finally responded, give me one second. Well its been a few dayssteer clear of them. There are too many good tinting places out there.

Did a great job. Nothing bad to say. Dropped it off and picked it up later when I could. Easy.

Cant speak to the quality of work because they never showed up to give me a quote on tinting two windows at my house. I called them around the end of July and made an appointment for someone to come out August 3rd at 2pm. Around 10:30am on the 3rd I get a call from a Fabian stating he is on a job that has to be completed today and asked to reschedule. I told him I understood and we rescheduled to the following day at 4pm. The following day comes around and I get a text message from Fabian stating he cant make it on this day either. Realizing VIP Tint really wasnt interested in the job, I texted Fabian back and told him I would look elsewhere to get my home windows tinted. Just wish this company would have been up front with me when I first called and told me two home windows is too small of a job and they werent interested, instead of scheduling an appointment and wasting my time waiting for someone from this company to come out to give me an estimate. Not good customer service experience with them.
