Howard's Appliance TV & Mattress

The worst store I have ever had to deal with. I have purchased a washer and drier from them that broke three weeks later. The warranty that I had also purchased from them was messed up by a sales person and the manger Tony, had promised to fix everything and had me waiting the whole day on the weekend locking in my family of three kids without washer for almost a week, and FAILED to deliver new washer as promised!!! The most horrible store Ive ever used! Do not do business with them. Stay away!!

We were shopping for a white, fine quality dishwasher and the only store that had a white dishwasher available was Howards in Murrieta. Our salesman, Jared Rathbone, was excellent help with information for choosing a Maytag dishwasher. Our dishwasher was delivered on our schedule to our house with care 3 days later. Thank you Howards and Jared for having what we needed! We will shop there again in the future!

Just left Howards in Murrieta and my husband and I purchased our first brand new fridge. I was blown away by our sales associate, Jared, who was SO SO knowledgeable and was able to answer every single one of my questions and gave me so much more information than I expected with every answer. They have an amazing warranty program that we took advantage of as well. They do free delivery and haul away service for only $40! Luckily the fridge we purchased was in stock so it will be here tomorrow. Very satisfied with our experience overall! We will definitely be referring friends, family and clients to Howards.

I was having such a difficult time finding the right refrigerator, searching everywhere online. When my dishwasher also began showing signs of wearing out, I decided to replace the entire kitchen with stainless (mine are white). Went to Howard's in Murrieta, where Jared did an excellent job of helping me put together the perfect suite of appliances. And on budget! Looking forward to their delivery tomorrow. Definitely the place for appliances.
