I need a return call very unprofessional. Been calling daily for months and nothing. I hope I get a call.

The techs that installed the insulation bumped the air duct to my son's bedroom. This picture is from the inspector that came to inspect the work performed. It's been 3 weeks since the damage. My first call was told that a case was open to have the techs return to rectify the air duct. I have called a total of 7 times since the incident to speak to "Katie or Vanessa". Each time I call I'm told that someone will call me back. I'm concern that dust, fiber glass from the materials used will trigger my son's asthma. I hope that someone sees my poor review and reacts on calling me asap.

This company never returns phone calls, I have left my information with receptionist multiple times and get the runaround. If you want great service look elsewhere.

I've called this company multiple times to get my apartment assessed and environmentally friendly for the past two months and NO ONE ever got back to me. The receptionist is always great but this company doesn't do anything and doesn't respond. If you're looking to make upgrades and changes to your residential property, skip this company 1,000 percent!
