When Initiative for Arts in Education embarked on setting up a nonprofit for the purpose of broader inclusion of arts within education, we discovered that the path to attaining 501(c)3 tax-exempt status requires expertise. After several unsuccessful attempts to do it ourselves, an online search led us to Blue Field Law, an organization specializing in nonprofit law. If you are considering hiring a firm to handle the filing of your nonprofit application, stop looking and just hire Blue Field Law!! I cannot say enough about how positive our experience has been with Touria, and everyone at her firm.
