        Agent didnt change my address and cost me a couple hundred dollars over six months. They got away with it because I did the change by phone while getting an insurance policy for the new home I just bought. Filed a complaint, but because there was no written record, they got away with it. Be wary, document EVERYTHING you do with this agent.
