        The conditions are very average, and the hygiene of the lobby and canteen is a bit worrying.

        Requested a two-bed handicap room didn't have any Put us in a room so far back it took 5 minutes to walk with a handicap person. Was really close to the main freeway but inside the hotel you couldn't hear it which was good but very close... No vending machines to buy anything unless you want to go to their store which is overpriced.

The staff here are a shining example of hospitalityalways friendly, kind, and eager to make every guest feel right at home. It's the little things that make a big difference, like the warm welcome and personalized attention I receive each time I visit. What truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine connection the staff builds with their guests. It's such a special feeling to be remembered and welcomed back with open arms, especially when I come to visit every few weeks. Lillian and Felipe deserve a special mention for consistently going above and beyond to ensure my stay is nothing short of amazing. Their attention to detail and genuine care make me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. If you're looking for a top-notch experience in Mountain View Silicon Valley, I can't recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites enough. With its exceptional staff and outstanding service, it's become my go-to choice for every visit.
