Smiles Dental Care

I really loved this place 10 years ago. They did an amazing job my root canal. Customer service was amazing. I finally have what is supposed to be great insurance. I need to get some broken teeth extracted. All recommended procedures quoted me for over $4,000! Yes I understand insurance is scummy sometimes but geez. I guess I will have to sit with rotting teeth and cancel my dental insurance from work...because what is the point? Mind you most of it is from recommending of bone graph and porcelain caps. Very frustrating that dentists in Mountain View don't offer what insurance can cover!!! I am fine with silver caps etc..which is what my insurance will cover. My dental hygienist was great and very fun.

Dr.Hall is very practical and truthful about dental work and does not push the patient to make expensive dental care decisions. I had a new hygienist this time. I was informed when I got there that Koi, who has been my hygienist for a while, has left (I wish Koi the very best). I was a bit concerned because I'm particular about the pressure that hygienists apply, I don't like the aggressive ones. Tuy, the new hygienist, was fine, efficient in her work and clear in her communication. I'm glad that Smiles Dental found a good replacement for Koi.

Always enjoy seeing Dr. Hall and staff - professional, friendly and wonderful service! He always takes time to answer any questions you may have. Have been coming here for many years. I highly recommend his practice!
