    I brought in my laptop to get fixed. It was not booting up after I dropped it earlier that day. They were able to swiftly diagnose the issue - blown fuse on motherboard, give me an estimate and perform the repair. In all, it took 2 hours. 5 stars for the good communication, accurate diagnosis and quick repair.

    I took my MacBook Pro in to TechHub at the beginning of this year because my keyboard had stopped working. I took it here because I knew the owner and trusted that I could take my machine to get fixed! Boy was I wrong!!! About 6 months later I had a tiny crack in the bottom left corner of my screen. My screen later had some horizontal lines appear on the bottom of the screen but I was still able to use it for a few more months. Then one day my whole display screen turned white. I made an appointment on the Apple website to take it into a certified AppleCare provider. I had paid them a diagnostic fee and everything. They then told me that my computer had looked like it had been tampered with; ALL OF THE INTERNAL SCREWS WERE MISSING. And there was also a MISSING RIBBON CABLE. The IT Tech person who opened my computer said he had been working in tech repairs for 15 years and this is by far the sloppiest and worst work he has ever seen. Because of the damage that was done they were not able to fix my computer. I lost $65 for the diagnostic fee. I then was forced to take it back to TechHub where they failed to put my MacBook pro back together correctly. Emmanuel the owner told me that he had multiple people coming in with issues due to a certain employee who did the repairs. He told me that the IT certification of this employee was expired and therefore not valid. Yet he had no idea!! It blows my mind how you can hire an employee with expired credentials and not even know it... Anyways- Emmanuel said he would match the same price as apple- I said that's fine I just needed to get my computer fixed. He ordered a new display and apparently it didn't work when they installed it. They thought it was broken in shipment or was just defective so they had to return it and order another. Keep in mind that Emmanuel and anyone at his company was SO HARD TO REACH. He took days or evens sometimes over a week to respond to texts, keep in mind he has my computer with all of my photos and personal files. He was not considerate or professional whatsoever. Fast forward a few WEEKS (the timeline here is absolutely ridiculous) the second display they ordered did not work. He then told me it was a problem with the motherboard. How does a cracked screen issue then turn into a dead motherboard? I'm guessing the motherboard issue was probably because nothing on the inside of my laptop was secured down with the screws it was supposed to be for 6+ months- meaning things were probably moving around in there causing this issue. Anyways after literally months go by, he takes it to a motherboard specialist and says that the issue was past the expertise of this specialist he took it to. He totally screwed me over!! This is a $1,100 laptop that was only about 4 years old. Shouldn't have a dead motherboard. He returned my machine to me and offered to buy me out at market value or I could pay the price of the display and he would replace the motherboard free of cost. I didn't want to play humpty-dumpty with my laptop and have something else go wrong down the road. He has now been ignoring my calls and texts for over a month and I can't get a hold of him. I have a completely broken laptop and have been waiting to exchange my laptop for the cash at market value. NEVER TAKE YOUR PRODUCTS TO TECH HUB!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! THIS HAS BEEN SUCH A NIGHTMARE. MY APPLE MACBOOK IS NOW BROKEN BECAUSE OF THEM AND I WOULD NEVER HOPE THAT ANYONE HAS TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH. I am going to have to contact the better business bureau or small claims court because this is just not okay. He left me with a broken laptop and is avoiding my calls and texts. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!
