Ive received the best banking service of my life at this branch. Everyone is so professional and helpful. They have financial and home lending advisors. I highly recommend this branch to whoever seeking for professional financial assistance.

The company I work for uses Chase for business. Ive had great experiences at another branch I usually go to. I have been here once before and it was fine. This last time I was helped by a very rude and condescending teller named Azadeh. If youre getting paid to stand around waiting for customers while youre on your phone you should have a better attitude. Im sure we are not the only business that handles most payments online. We have very minimal cash deposits and typically do not have enough coins to roll up. If you dont like counting coins maybe you need a new job. I agree with other reviewers here that if youre not rich or handling a large account, dont expect good customer service at this branch. The greeters up front are the saving grace. Maybe they can train Azadeh on how to provide good customer service.

Tony provides exceptional service. He goes above and beyond what one would expect from a banker. He always returns calls promptly and really does try to work with the client to find the best solution possible.
