    I had an overall good experience purchasing a Porsche 911 from Resmo. Yanni was responsive and clear on what was needed and worked with me on the deposit, the dealer paperwork arrived promptly to my house, and Yanni waited for me to get the wire transfer sent as well as me sending the check from my lender. I would offer feedback that a more proactive outreach (ie call or email me to let me know next steps or outstanding needs) would be appreciated versus me following up to ask for actions. I also had to follow up on when the title was getting sent to me and I asked for a copy of any maintenance on the car like an oil change but I never received it. But overall when I called or emailed, Yanni responded right away. Yanni was extremely helpful with giving access to the car to get my ppi done through the lemon squad and working with my transport truck (Intercity Lines) when they called. Considering I was buying sight unseen from out of state, I think it went well and I would buy from Yanni and Resmo again.

    I actually have a feeling this is a decent dealership. My experience was that the salesperson Yanni talked down to me and was a bit offputting. I was a cash buyer for a used Porsche and my requests for simple information (service records, walk around video since I was going to buy the car sight unseen, & wouldn't let me do PPI w/ local independent Porsche mechanic - could only be done on-site). No worries - I found another car where they were more friendly & let me do local PPI.

Hello James. I reviewed all of your written correspondence with Yanni and was also on the call with you and him during your final conversation regarding your request for an off-site pre-purchase inspection. You both got off the phone call in agreement and amicably, but then shortly thereafter you sent him a text saying you weren't going to purchase the car because of Yanni. He was more than accommodating with your requests, including many photos, several walk-around videos, texts, emails, WhatsApp, etc. where he was pointing out even the most superficial cosmetic flaws for you, per your request for a second video. He then sent you a third video of additional small cosmetic flaws that were noticed because he wanted to be as thorough as possible for you.It's our company policy to offer on-site pre-purchase inspections only for security, safety, and insurance reasons. We're always happy to accommodate a potential customer's mobile inspector here at our facility where they can have access to our tools and lifts if necessary. We've conducted dozens of customer inspections this way and it has never been an issue, but I apologize you weren't satisfied with this option.
