Excellent Nick repaired my dishwashing machines. He is very courteous and comes across as one who enjoys his job and respects his clients. He clearly explained the cause of the problem and the repair actions needed. With my consent he performed the repair without any issue. After the repair, he stepped me through the functions of the machine showing that it is working well. I asked him to look into the problem with the icemaker in my refrigerator. This job was not originally planned but he investigated and will come back the next day with the necessary tools. I am very satisfied with his work and his good attitude towards his job and his client.

This company is so responsive. They called me back same day, set up an inspection for my refrigerator that stopped working. They have $95 inspection fee that is waived if you opt to get the repair done through them. They knew exactly what the problem was. They fixed it. And they keep their word with appointment times too! I love the fact that I called on Monday, got a repair appt next day and repair - all in a single visit! Grateful they saved me from having to buy a brand new refrigerator!
