Awesome place to live with family, safe and clean. Homes are always well maintained by the friendly crew. They take pride in their extraordinary customer service and it reflects in how they work. Particularly pleased with the Facility Director Kris, outstanding support at any time, day or night. Kris makes sure that all residents are taken care of and is extremely generous. You can always find him around housing working on improving the residence. Definitely the best facility management my family has ever experienced.

The facility Director Kris and the maintenance team are the most engaged and effective support you could ask for. Absolute best deal around for Military Service members with a family, stationed in Mountain View. Sense of community, amenities and security make this neighborhood my #1 best living experience in 16 years of service. Cool factor is high with a giant zeppelin hanger looming on the skyline. I look forward to every weekend as there's always something new going on in area. 2 mile walk from Shoreline Amphitheater.5 minute drive from golf course. Great running trails around a NASA base. Full two car garage (RARE in this area). Lastly, the sense of security and police presence that comes with living on a NASA instillation is reassuring.
