Anton Ladera

We can hear our upstairs neighbours, they are very noisy especially at night after 10 pm till morning hours we can hear them stumping, moving objects, throwing stuff on the floor even our doors are shaking. We addressed that but they clearly dont want to stop. Avoid this place!! Very acoustic and you might be unlucky enough to have upstairs neighbours from hell !!

Vincent is the reason Anton Ladera is such a great place to live. He's professional, always responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

Clean and safe place to live. Staff was always helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The mailroom is underground, which meant packages were never stolen. Highly recommend.

Ive been living here for 7 months now and the experience has been fantastic. Vincent and the team are professional, timely, and reliable. I've had a few small maintenance issues, they have always been promptly resolved and they've worked with my schedule to get repairs done at a time that works best for me. I also enjoy that it's a safe and quiet building. Other things I appreciate (mentioned in other reviews too): - located right next to the park so its peaceful. - Target, Walmart, Trader Joes, Safeway, Whole Foods are all within walking distance. - The train station is a short drive away and the Central Expressway is close as well. - You're just far enough away from the train tracks that train noises don't wake you up. Overall, great location and great staff. I would definitely recommend living here.

Ive been living here for 10 months now and the experience is fantastic. Vincent and the team are very professional and reliable. Recently when my washing machine broke down, it was quickly replaced in two days (1 day to prepare the washing machine and another one to install it). Other small requests like checking on the sink disposal received a quick response and it got repaired in a flash. I am comfortable living here where I can rely on the management folks. I found that the location is also a plus. - located right next to the park so its really peaceful - Target, Walmart, Trader Joes, Safeway, Whole Foods are all within walking distance - the movie theater is within walking distance - the google bus you can ride for free takes you to downtown mountain view - San Antonio station is about a 10 min walk Its really a convenient location! I would definitely recommend Anton Ladera.
