        Callous, careless, and no customer service skills. They supposedly fixed my heating system, only to have it blow tepid air. Then the hot water tank they installed (and charged $4,000) stopped working after 2 years. The Ray-Mac technician told me it would be covered under warranty. Instead, they charged me a small fortune to repair it ($400), and didn't even bother to reply to my letter or phone call of complaint about the bill. Unprofessional and unresponsive doesn't even begin to describe it. Services: Heating system repair, Heating system installation, Repair HVAC
