The 2 girls at the reception are very rude and despotic, especially the blond hair, in my opinion it is very unprofessional, she forgot that she has a job for us, the clients need to get another job because it is obvious that she does not like that at that moment, cancel my appointment because I can not allow someone to treat me like that.

Unprofessional & rude! The two ladies in the front are not helpful at all, I dont care to leave reviews but after the third time being there and having to deal with both of their attitudes, I realize I need to complain! They close at 9 I got there at 6:40 and they told me they stopped taking clients. The next time I go, they tell me its gonna be a two hour wait so they doubt that Ill be seen, I then called to make sure Im going to be seen because I work in San Jose but I live in Gilroy and they say no appointment necessary. I get there and theyre literally trying to discourage me telling me theres three people in front of me so they cant give me a time!

we called 30 minutes before we arrived at the urgent care, and the worker on the phone said they do walk ins. we called for an appointment but she said no need. However, by the time we got there, they were fully booked. this is upsetting because we dont even live in the area. it was a waste of gas and time.
