        I Do my taxes on turbo tax every year Last year I ran into some problems ,she was great helping me got me so much back then what I was expecting no refund Great service very nice friendly

        I've tried for over two months to get in touch with this company, leaving voice mails, speaking with Carlos and or his secretary, and they either don't return my calls, or are not there at the time they agreed upon... It's quite frustrating. Their service of tax preparation is of reasonable price, but even to get an appointment is difficult.I just wish they had someone working there who was more professional at working with clients.
