Elena Miles helped me so much in my time of need. I was injured and uninsured, trying to get on Medi Cal and struggling to get a hold of a single government worker to enroll. Then I was recommended by someone to call Elena. When I called her she stayed on the phone with me while I sent her all my necessary documents to make sure I got covered right then and there rather than going back an forth over email for days. I've never met someone who deals with paperwork to be that on top of everything and to go above and beyond to make sure that someone in need was helped.
