Dee Lowry Cleaning

Jocelyn and Denise do a fantastic job cleaning my house, I am so pleased with them! I've been using Dee for a long time and this is by far the most thorough cleaning crew that I've experienced. They're so friendly and helpful, always cheerful. Would recommend to anyone looking for cleaning.

Found Dee Lowry cleaning from a Nextdoor referral. She's been cleaning my house for over a year. She's very flexible with her schedule and has good prices . Her girls are always on time and do a great job.  They even work around my cat and make sure he never gets out. Very pleased with their service.

Not a good experience at all.  Very inconsistent and sloppy work. When dealing with Dee, not once did she try to make make good and make me, her customer happy or offer to re-do when I let her know what wasn't cleaned.  My final experience she did send someone back out to complete an undone job, after a lot of back and forth and shocking text messages from a business owner.  Clearly not the Nordstrom of customer service.

I had the team come out today for the first time - a deep cleaning.  It was just as the previous review stated. They do not really check - I wiped down the counter and found a rag full of dirt.  My kitchen floor is filthy.  The bathroom toilets were not scrubbed at all.  I am thoroughly disappointed.  I honestly do not know what they did for 3 1/2 hours.  Side note - I had to teach them how to make a bed with clean sheets.  I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone - expensive lesson learned.

I have been using Lowry cleaning for a couple of years. They just don't do a good job anymore. I come home from work and find they don't move items in my kitchen or other rooms to clean under or behind. They don't even bother to check to make sure every surface is completely clean. On many occasions I have had to go back and finish. I am discovering places in my house they never cleaned.I have a camera and see when they arrive and leave. Clearly not here the amount of time we had  agreed upon. They are supposed to be wearing shoe covers. They don't! I have had to clean my wood floor after they left spots that are clearly exposed untouched.You need to worry about accuracy not speed. I have  been asked several times to refer a house cleaning service. It won't be Lowry cleaning.
