        This is the worst place EVER!! I had a very expensive arrangement sent to a VERY special person on her birthday. They did not deliver it and did not call me. I had to call the next day and they said it would be sent right out, still waiting 4 hours later. Beware and don't use them!!!

        There isn't any way to get through to the florist!...voicemail is full and no one picks up the phone. Placed order for delivery TWO days ago, and order was never received by recipient, and no way to get a hold of the flower shop. Will have to cancel on credit card. So bummed to miss sending flowers for Mother's Day. Thought I was ahead of the game by having them delivered early in the week. Drat!!

        This Place is TRASH!! They are not a local florist in Morgan Hill. The address does not even exist! This place is just an order gathering website that send your order to whatever florist they could find! It is operated by Cindy's Flowers in Menlo Park, which by looking at her reviews it seems she is horrible in customer service as well. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!!
