    Great service for my broken filled premolar. They were able to fit me in for emergency repair with a crown. Personnel were friendly and explained each step.

    I liked the dentists even though they acted rushed, but the hygienists must be told to upsell anything they can. They KNOW a fluoride treatment is NEVER going to be covered by insurance, so you get stuck with a $75 bill! The worst is the billing department, I've sent them multiple checks to pay my bill and they still haven't cashed it or responded to my multiple letters to them about my account. Utterly incompetent. Find a family dental office run by someone who will develop a relationship with you, here you'll never see the same dentist or hygienist at your appointments. Edit: The office called me after leaving this review and agreed to settle the account in an acceptable way. The caller was nice, but had no explanation why they ignored me for so long.

    Dentists are ok, but the billing department are not. Been putting up with their dysfunction for years since its not easy to change dentists mid treatment, but would start elsewhere if I had known: unexplained bills that get discovered after many months of having been supposedly accounts-settled (this has happened multiple times), communication is a total fail, no escalation path, etc. Recommend avoiding.

    I'm not sure what the deal is but these receptionists keep losing my information. There have been multiple times where I don't receive my usual appointment reminders via text message and I bring it up to someone at the front desk and they tell me that they have been sending the messages to a VERY old house phone number of mine. Mind you my contact information has been the same since the first day I started coming to this office. I've had to give them my one and only phone number about four times now and I've only been seeing the ortho for a little over a year now. The biggest inconvenience happened this week when I arrived at my appointment and the first thing I was told my the receptionist was that I have not been making monthly payments for the past few months. Very weird because I have the automatic payment set up with them so they always process my payments without me having to check in. My files were looked through and confirmed that my payment method was not expired / changed and that everything was correct. How these people stopped taking my payments out of nowhere yet had all my correct information is beyond me. Not only that, but I was asked if I could pay the few hundreds of dollars owed right there on the spot! I was appalled that they could even ask that. I ended up having to make a hefty payment out of nowhere and was never notified about their mistake until I walked into my appointment. Super inconvenient and overall just highly unprofessional.
