Bao & Billy are awesome. They are cool, nice, and honest ppl. My family and some friends go there and have been for many years. They fixed my transmission and fixed it within a week. My car had been down for 8 months, and now, because of Bao and his staff/ experienced mechanics, my car is back up and running. They also do a thorough job in letting you know about any other issues as well. I totally appreciate the HONESTY and Thoroughness and work ethic the staff and Bao have while doing business with me and my Dad. This review should mean a lot more since it's been about 5 months since they worked on my car that shuddered and squeaked every time I used brakes. Within a week of repair there was a slight squeak, which Billy promptly handled and fine tuned at no extra cost. I feel safer driving car. I still occasionally come to a smooth stop and express gratitude that they got it right Thank you for great work and caring service.

Unhappy with how they stripped off my differential gasket saying that he did not like the way it was installed in the first place. I don't understand why they have to touch things that are out of scope of their work other than visual inspection. Why strip and tear things that are perfectly functioning how they are supposed to be? This place needs to learn manners on how to treat others vehicles and stop stripping things that are out of scope of work. After I posted the above, Billy from M & M called my cell a few weeks later and yelled at me. He is one unique piece.
