Been going to Ms Kimberly for years now.and she always takes care of me well.as I am a business owner as well.nobody beats her prices and professional tax filing.i recommend her strongly

Do not use this business.I hate to add this review, but feel it's the only way to voice my anger and disappointment, since Kim has never returned any of our phone calls.I don't know what happened to make her completely ignore us, after over 10-15 years of a professional relationship, what I thought was a friendship and fire family bond.We had been having Kim prepare our taxes for many years. I knew she was difficult to contact, but she showed up every year.We knew we were moving out of state, and wanted to prepare ahead, so called Kim for advice. She asked for our papers, so we sent all of our information.We usually have our taxes done early in the season.We never heard back from Kim after multiple calls.We received a marketing email and responded. Kim said she would call the next day, she had been out of town.She never called.We tried many more times as April 15 was approaching, luckily they suspended the due date to July 15th.We called many more times and never heard back. We finally had to find someone new.We have still have not heard a word.At first I was worried. Is she ill? Covid? Something else?But I heard from many other people that we had referred to her, that she did show up and complete their taxes this season.We are angry at Kim's actions (or lack there of) and disappointed in her behavior in treating people so disrespectfully.She is not professional or dependable.

I've been with Kim for about 7 Years and she is amazing. She always answers any questions no matter what time of year I call. She's very knowledgeable about all tax laws.

This is the first time I have used Kim, as well as any professional tax preparer, and she has a forever client. She made filing taxes quick, painless, and also taught me new things I missed from filing on my own for so many years. Thank you Kim!
