I use to go there I guess they changed owners but I wasnt satisfied with my service. Great person just not too good of quality for the price.

I just recently went when it wasn't even busy. I had two people work on my feet and hands. I guess I got unlucky because I was charged $100+ for pedicure and manicure and nobody listened or followed my requests. They rushed everything and were hurting my nails in the process. I don't like confrontation, so I paid what they felt like they deserved but I will never go back , ever. I was also ignored while trying to make casual conversation instead of interacted with. Woman telling customer coming in , she'll be done with my acrylics in 5 minutes to get started on another when she barely started on mine! I wouldn't recommend this place unless you know someone there.

The ladies are nice but I ended up getting 2 nail infections . Id like to speak to a manager about this .

I had the most relaxing time getting a pedicure today. Marc didnt try to make small talk he just did his job and I appreciate that. I was able to enjoy the chair massage and the pedicure. Marc paid attention to detail when it came to painting my nails and he did an amazing job massaging my legs and feet. The prices at First Impressions are reasonable and it doesnt have a strong nail product smell like other salons in the area.
