Wonder Nails & Spa

This place is a hole in wall. I have been going here for about 7 years. Wonder nails has always had good prices and good customer service. Although, the past few months I have been there, the customer service has gone down. They dont acknowledge you when you come in. I would say about 95% of the time I would make an appointment and would get seated when I arrived. Now, when I have made an appointment I dont get seated for about 30-45 mins. Why make an appointment if youre not going to get in. Its horrible time management!!! My advise is to not take a customer if you know there is a scheduled customer coming in within the next 15 mins. I went another time without an appointment, I walked in said hello and no one responded or asked what I needed. I had to speak up and tell them and still no answer. After sitting there for about 15 mins ( as I was the only one waiting) 3 customers walked in saying they needed 3 pedicure & manicures. They got seated right away. I asked what about me I was here before them no one responded. So I got up and left. Its so sad because they do really great work. I guess they pick and choose who they want to service. At this point, Im willing to go elsewhere & pay more for better customer service. I sure will miss Kelly & Tina. Over the 7 years I have recommended Wonder Nails to a lot of women, but no more. Rating a 0. The women here are kind and nice. But the place is unsatisfactory in cleanliness. The dont clean the tubs well or some not at all after each person. They dont change their gloves after each person. They handle money with the same gloves and continue to service the next client. SMH. They dont use steril tools to each person, they just wipe them with a towel. Tools should be disinfected, sterilized always. They do a great job and the price is right and theyre limited on colors as well sadly I wont be coming here anymore, but I dont want to get an infection. Good luck

Kelly was amazing and gentle. Only looked at the picture once! My daughter loves them. We will definitely be going back.
