WoodSpring Suites Moreno Valley

First time staying at WoodSpring Suites Moreno Valley and really enjoyed our stay (even though brief). Room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is nice, especially the full size fridge because we tend to do a fair amount of food adventures when we come up this way. Great location for getting to everything we like. Looking forward to a longer stay next time.

It's terrible that never happened with me this is the worst hotel that I never have before they got nothing for me no hair dryer no shampoo no body wash the rest room still has to work on it because they try to make money before the event started

I personally did not enjoy my stay here at this hotel. Since I have been here the past few weeks Ive witnessed several drug dealings in the parking lot. Another guest in passing had mentioned to me to be aware that there were people in the parking lot at night attempting to break into vehicles. There are guests awake making noise all through the night and it is very sketchy. I could not seem to get rid of the musky smell in my room that I noticed was there upon arrival, which is odd considering the hotel is fairly new and my room smelled like an old motel room. When it came time to check out, I could not find a cart to move all my belongings down from the 3rd floor to my car. The front desk girl told me that someone must have it in their room. For this hotel being as busy as it is, I would suggest having more carts for guests to have access to for moving their belongings. I overall dont suggest a stay here unless its for a couple of days, no longer than that.

They are priced very modestly. Other than the fact that the rooms don't get cleaned daily if you stay for multiple days, and the rooms are missing a few normal amenities like a coffee maker in the rooms, or ice buckets, or soap, the place is definitely worth the price.

DONT EVEN BOTHER booking here ESPECIALLY through anything like Booking, Expedia, etc. I booked through Booking & received a youve guaranteed your booking email. The property even sent an email confirming my check in time was ok. We arrived and there was a huge line to check in which shouldve been my first sign something was off. I watched the couple in the front of the line when we arrived get turned away but didnt catch why. The family ahead of us stepped up for their turn, and they also got turned away, has booked using a service and then got told we dont have any rooms we dont know why they let you book but youre SOL . Their card had also been charged for a stay they didnt even get to complete l. I decided to see if by chance my booking went through and I was met with the same response. Sorry no rooms, not sure why you got a confirmation number or anything . 30 min wasted in line just to get a nothing we can do for you. I ended up going somewhere else about 10 min down the road. Pretty sure the guy behind me got denied too. 4 different people in 30 minutes got denied reservations bc they didnt have any rooms. Ive stayed many places & never seen that happen anywhere else! And not even so much as a sorry let me see what else we can do for you" just a "too bad so sad, we're full "
