Let me start by Suomi still in the middle of  getting my floors done as I write this how do you come to a job so unprepared that you don't have the transition from the floor to the closet to finish off the room and I waited a week to week and a half for the flooring to come in only for the company not to have enough flooring to complete the job now they have to order another box and the box that I have creek on the previous song to complete the job in my bathroom then I'll have to be postponed until Monday how do you say professional what if I have something to do windows what is the price will be there Monday now we can figure in my schedule around this again I took off work today for this I am so Dissatisfied the guys who are installing my floor to wear booties on your feet to keep my carpet clean them off so now I have to get my coffee clean because I can see is dirty all the fun of my door this is ridiculous

I cannot say enough good things about Alex and Alfonso at Riverside Flooring. I first met Alex when I wanted to replace the tile flooring in my home about three years ago. Since there was already tile down, I was getting astronomical bids to remove the tile. Alex was the only person to fixate less on the removal of the tile and more on what we wanted in look and flow for our replacement tile. He helped us select a wood-look tile we liked and even suggested selecting a grout color that more closely matched the mid-tones of the color scheme to make the grout appear invisible. To top it off, his bid for the entire job was lower than any other by a considerable margin. I was so impressed with the quality of his work that I've had Riverside flooring install waterproof LVP in my cabin, replace the carpet in my rental properties, and recommend him to many of my clients all of whom were impressed with his price and speed of install. Great company to work with.

Beware with this company. We are having a horrible experience. We held off to write a review to see if they would right their wrongs. Long story short, we spent $6000 with a flooring company instead of hiring a handyman, thinking they would do the job correctly and we would end up with a great product. For the first 8 months, the floor seemed perfect. Then we started noticing that the floor was buckling/lifting up. Several people told us the floor was installed incorrectly; they left zero space for expansion. We called the salesman as soon as we noticed and he keeps denying that the floor in its entirety was installed incorrectly, and it wants to fix only the boards that are lifting up right now. This is not the solution to the problem, as more and more boards will eventually lift in the future. Now we are waiting for a phone call from them (whenever is convenient for them, not the customer) to try and figure out a solution. We are really hoping that we can change our rating if they give us a solution that is reasonable, but right now, we are less than impressed with their work and their willingness to help the customer.
