Chase Bank

I went today to Deposit money and I was waiting online for hour for the banker didn't finish talking with the lady and I told her finally and she got mad no one has there time we got other things to do!! They always talk too much !! Bad service

Cannot access the indoor atm, if you come here you will waste your time. Chase is only good at not taking your money, but their service is awful

Takes walk ins but will make you wait over an hour when the bank is empty and you have reps talking to their friends on the phone about their vacation and not helping customers. Told us 2 appointments canceled and we were next but got skipped. Were new to chase but will be taking our business elsewhere

I think my biggest complaint is that you cannot access the indoor ATMs after daily hours like other branches. The card reader doesnt unlock the doors. Many times only 1 ATM in the drive thru works. Pretty inconvenient location.

I left frustrated because the lady checking people in was not very knowledgeable. She was not listening to my questions, but answering defensively. I kept rephrasing my questions but that didn't seem to help. I left and went to the branch on Fir where I was in and out in the same amount of time.
