        If I could give zero stars I would I went there today to go to oil change went back to work came out noticed that water leaking. I guess they said it was my water reservoir for my windshield wipers cause I took the car back and they said there was a crack in it. There wasnt a crack before I took it to them, so I dont know how that happened but I wouldnt recommend this to nobody

        Been there 3 times but my last experience the one guy was trying to up sale me on everything was talking to me like I don't know cars .the only reason I was going because I didn't have space to do my own oil change .try to tell me I need a new air filter when it was dam near new .and now today I check my oil there was no oil on my dip stick so I believe they just changed the oil filter and that was it ... I have no oil leak and does not burn oil so why is there barely any oil

      I apologize that your window washer fluid reservoir is leaking.As part of what we do is to top up all the vital fluids in customers car. Basically, your car had window washer fluid below the leaking level, so when we fill it up it started leaking, it’s going to stop as soon as it gets below the leaking level. You may want to take it to a mechanic or collision shop to get it fixed.

      Hi Craig, I sincerely apologize for letting you down, at Speedy Lube we will never pressure customers to buy any thing, rather, as a standard practice we will review all your vehicle manufacturer's recommended services based upon your vehicles mileage. However, if you feel offended I sincerely apologize. As for the “no oil on your dip stick” Please make sure that your car is parked on a level land, with engine off then check the oil level. Moreover, every vehicle we service undergo series of safety checks before it leaves our facility and all those activities are recorded in real time and stays in our system for a long time which is available for our customers and others. If you will give us another chance please do let us know that all you want is Lube, Oil and Filter Change and we will gladly do that for you. Thanks for your review.
