We have been here 7 months, so far so good. If you live down stairs expect to hear walking, running and vacuuming going on. Insulation isn't the greatest. All of our neighbors are nice, respectful. Downfall is a lot of people don't pick up after the dog messes, I have a grassy area in front of my apartment and there is always dog messes that I have to avoid. The apartments try to keep up with maintaining the property but you just have those residents who just don't care about where they live unfortunately. Overall I still like living here.

Been trying to get a tour for a one bedroom and finally got an appointment just to get received by office staff Gilda Lewis in a very unwelcoming manner . Tried explaining how online it says 2 are ready for move in and kept telling me they werent with a rude disrespectful manner. I told her we had an appointment and she made a face of irritation and annoyed probably because she was eating its not my fault youre eating on the job not on your lunch. The information given was so useless and seems as tho she doesnt even know anything and just reads of a paper. This is just us trying to get a tour cant even imagine if we lived here and had a problem with our place and dealing with this person for help definitely will no longer be trying for this place! Get better workers that actually know the place and dont read off a paper.

Loved it here beatiful, quiet peaceful. A lot of space. Prices weren't too bad.I lived here before And it was only for temporary reasons. I came back with my mom and my baby didn't think extended stay would ever be longer than what it was but this complex was great. Gated community, Children friendly Very respectful Neighbors are good, not nosy people or neighbors, but the area was pretty good. Washer and dryer in the unit I believe everything was pretty much new.. The gym is nice definitely started working back iut healthy nature form and the pool area Is really relaxing big the living at these apartments was very peaceful And just to see how the landscape was beautiful like. Big rooms, living room Patio. They really kept up everything I can really say I enjoy it when I came up in the morning just to look out the front door or to go sit on a patio. It was just that type of environment. And I couldn't say it was overall, especially to have a child Or you have kids around. It definitely was like a safe type of environment and well kept up. So I would rate this more than five overall definitely deserves a good 5.

Absolutely the worst experience renting that Ive ever had. My boyfriend and I moved in on October 2022 and were finally able to move out when our lease was over two months ago. First, the management is completely useless, dont know what theyre doing, and never available when you need them. Second, maintenance is highly unprofessional. For example, right before we moved out, we needed to have the AC looked at. I had just finished getting ready for the day when maintenance came, and took a look at it. They went into the bathroom, stayed for half an hour, and then left. I went in after they were done and there was dirty water (rust looking water) everywhere. On our bathmat, my hair tools, the toilet, walls, door I mean everywhere. It was bad enough that maintenance didnt even bother to let me know it happened, but when I contacted management about it (Kiaria) they seemed annoyed with me for even mentioning it happened. They said they would follow up with me about it and never contacted me again. When we moved out, we were charged for the mess, on top of many other things. This property ate up our deposit, keep in mind its just my bf and I.. there was no damages left, and we had to pay an extra $200 at the end. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE, absolute trash. Honestly, find a better place to live. Btw, the paint on our bathroom walls was melting the whole time we lived there. Contacted management about it, they sent maintenance and we were told to just shower with the door open. Nothing was fixed or changed. Had to clean our walls every week. Im telling y'all, save yourself a headache.
