My washing machine had a problem and flooded the house while I wasn't paying attention. When I discovered it, I was able to vacuum up most of the water on the tile floor but needed big time help with the carpeting. I called Dale and he came by within the hour. He brought in his large water vacuum and had much of the water out of the carpet pretty quickly. Dale is efficient and professional. His fast service turned a potentially dreadful situation into only needing my carpets cleaned - and, he referred me to Magnum Power cleaning who did a fabulous job!
