complete scammers. Bought a watch from amazon got extremely over charged. Filed a return when they received the watch that I never wore they charged me a 50% restocking fee claiming the watch was scratched. which is a complete lie. I only took the watch out of the box to get it authenticated. Which is when i found out they charged me almost 4 grand more for the watch.

Ive purchased multiple high end watches from AW and never understood why I didnt receive the manufacturers warranties with the watches. On the other hand they gave me a 5 year warranty card. Well, I bought a BREITLING a few years back and within a year it stopped working. I never dropped it, I never banged it, and its part of my rotation and doesnt get that much use. It stopped working within the first year or so. I sent it in under the warranty and they blamed me!! I didn't argue and paid a pretty penny to fix it and put it back in rotation. Well it happened again recently so I sent it back again. Unbelievably, they want another $750 blaming ME again!!! Completely unacceptable. Their warranties are WORTHLESS and frankly they are thieves. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I've told the ten plus referrals Ive given them to do the same. Id rather spend the extra dollars and buy directly moving forward with a REAL warranty. I literally bought 6 or 7 plus high-end watches overt the years from them and that's what I get for being a good customer. F them. I'm sure their response to this review will be some excuse that their service department said it was damaged, etc. It wasn't.....The watch is a dud and was from the beginning. They don't honor the warranty. That simple. Don't buy their response. UPDATE. Went to Breitling. They said it wasnt even broken that I was using the stopwatch and it was drawing the power. Just proves how dishonest they were when they tried to charge $800 to fix.

I do not recommend you deal with this company for any purchase of a watch. I bought an Omega Seamaster in 2018 that stopped working in May of this year, but I thought OK its within the five year warranty period. So I sent it back at my cost to mail certified $34 and they charged me $40 for return mail before they send it to their service center. I then get a PayPal invoice for over $900 for a full overhaul! I call up and ask why my warranty doesnt cover it, it clearly states it covers movement and any defects that effect the movement of this mechanical watch. The manager responds its just normal like an oil change in a car. Thats 20% of the purchase price of the watch, so that doesnt work. They did not honor the warranty, they were very difficult to deal with, and no customer service. They also remove reviews they dont like on their web site to keep a high rating which I experienced when they tried to state they didnt recognize me as a purchaser. I asked for the watch to be returned so Im out $74 but I will take it to an ethical business to service it. Lesson learned and stay away from this business.

If you try to return your watch they will charge you a 10% restocking fee. Check their BBB better business bureau reviews for more actuate reviews - all 1 star. The reviews on their website are fake. I ordered a watch that was labeled store display and received a previously owned watch, it even included the receipt of previous owner and their purchase date. As I go to return it based off the item being incorrectly labeled, they refused to give me a full refund and proceeded to ignore emails and hold my money for weeks before finally refunding me with a 10% deduction of my total purchase price. Absolute scam, spend your money elsewhere with more reputable dealers. They are broke scammers who generate a significant portion of their revenue from fleecing customers 10% on all returns. I recommend going to ebay instead as ever single purchase goes through an additional verification process to backtest the listing vs the item that's to be delivered, as well as authenticity testing - and buy from dealers that dont charge restocking fees.
