        poor service on phone you have taken out 2 payments for same service in sept2023 keep saying will pay back and have not gotten refund yet and put on hold very long time

        Signed up for services. Paid for it online. Unable to get my calls returned. Contacted to get something scheduled but everytime the transfer me, I'm waiting for 30plus mins. There's no hold music or anything indicating that you're on hold....just silence. Hopefully someone will come on. Trying to get this done for a month now. I have a job, so it's not like I can dedicated a full day to be on hold.
