Simi Valley Flyers Club (Airfield)

We found out about this hidden gem through my son's cub pack. They had organized a visit to Simi Valley Flyers Club during a camping trip. My 10 year old was wowed by all the planes. He's been making his own models for a few months! My son had a lesson with Bob, who's an amazing instructor. Ron, another member has been so helpful since my son became a member. If your child is fascinated by remote controlled planes, then I'd definitely recommend contacting the club. Lovely team that has sparked a new interest for my son.

Not only a fantastic view, but the facilities are excellent for flying RC aircraft. Tables, chairs and electricity provide the pilot with all needs for a successful flying experience. A little out of the way with a winding, unpaved road to the top, but that adds to overall beauty of facility.
