This is what a church was intended and should be. Come for yourself and find the true meaning......

This church has been my home church for over 25 years. The congregation has helped my family on many occasions, and I have volunteered and worked with many of the patrons as well. Pastor Keenan, is funny, dynamic, on point biblically, and interesting to listen to. Sermons are based solely on the Bible. The congregation is multi-generational, which makes for a well-rounded fellowship and plenty of various ministries to get involved in. The church is clean, always decorated beautifully, but not "showy", and it is clean. I find the people to be friendly and down to earth, so I always feel welcomed. It is small, so there is only one service on Sundays at 9 am. They have a good Vacation Bible School and food pantry for the community and any visitors. MPC will always hold a special place in my heart for their dedication to service, and the kindness they have shown me and my family when we were going through a hard time. The ones who helped us are surely followers of Christ here at church, and more importantly, in the "mission field" of our community in Moorpark.

A very kind and compassionate congregation and staff. The church is actively involved in their ministries and passionate about being Gods hands and feet in the world.

Great Bible-based teaching and a loving community on a beautiful campus that seems to be busy all week long. The music is also soulful and rockin'! MPC is a wonderful intergenerational church that is inclusive of diversity and disability, and I've seen them be great with kids who have special needs. The children's ministry is excellent and there are many ways to meet others and get plugged into helping the local community of Moorpark. Everybody is welcome and belongs. As a parent, I love that Sunday school kids stay in the service for the first bit so they get to sing with us, see any special events, and har a little bit of announcements before they go off to Sunday school. I really enjoy worshiping together as a family. If you want to learn to love God and to love others (and teach your children to), MPC is a great place to be. The Trunk or Treat is an absolute blast! Note: This place is baby-friendly. Children are welcome in the sanctuary, but if you need to step out, they have very nice infant care rooms with windows so you can nurse or watch service with a wailing kiddo if you aren't ready to use the child care nursery.
