This is a criticism of the mail delivery staff in Moorpark. I live in a complex where the mail boxes are grouped together and the individual mail boxes are very narrow. Today and two other times, packages are shoved into the box that should be left at the front door! I had to struggle to get todays package out so I wouldnt damage it. I guess the delivery person doesnt want to get out of their vehicle!! Also, in the past, I have received mail belonging to a few of my neighbors. One of my neighbors has received my mail as well. I have lived here 3 years and I went to the Moorpark Post office twice to complain. Both times I was told the supervisor wasnt in and the front office staff took down my complaint and said they would have her call me. Needless to say she never called .

I was in a bind today right at the 5:00pm deadline and the Moorpark PO saved me! David was able to help me out with a kind smile. Very nice to have this kind of customer service in Moorpark.
