Hidden gem of Ventura county. Family owned small business. Salvador is very knowledgeable and has a wide selection of plants.
The same plants that cost $20-25 at any other nursery are $10.
We were looking for what we thought was indian hawthorne it was actually the 'Claire' version, white flowers. He has a huge selection of salvias, succulents, ground covers, even trees. We ended up buying a few salvias (sages), and he threw in a butterfly bush.
We ended up getting eleven 2 gallon plants for about a hundred. Stellar prices. We have gone back several times as his price and section can't be beat.
They're were so many varieties of the salvia, from the typical 'lipstick' (red / white), to the deep purple like amistad. There were probably 5 different shades of the blue to purple, and just as many of the red.
Too bad we are running out of room in our yard as every time we go we see something we want to take home and plant.
We bought another Claire and a Mexican sage. We need a few acres for all of the planting we want to do.
