Bad customer service! I was looking to rent 5 round tables, 95 chairs and a sweet heart table for my wedding. When asking for a quote the women told me that I do not meet their minimum without ever telling me what the minimum is. When I asked she never responded to my email.

MAKE SURE TO READ BEFORE RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could do zero, this place would be it! Absolutely Disgusted! I ordered table and chairs for Saturday. I was told I could pick them up on Friday. Called them the day before the supposed pickup. I was informed I cannot pick them up Friday Due too no workers in the barn. The person on their side was not cooperative at all and would not let us pick of Friday. The worker told us the order had never truly been placed. But we got an invoice. So we caught her lying. Cancelled order and went to lister rents! WAY BETTER! May be a little extra but way better customer service, and better products overall.

Very poor customer service. I was told that I could pick up a rental on Friday and I called to confirm the day before and they said no. The lady I was talking to was not willing to help at all. Very disappointed. Go to Lister Rents instead.
