Incredible care by our 24hr nurses taking very sick patients and giving them quality of life in a beautiful home setting. Subacute care with vents and trachs and IV's. Just amazing RN round the clock care.

If you want your family in a loving and compassionate place this is the place for you all the nurses are amazing from the RNs to the CNAs. They make patients the number one priority you will not be disappointed.

My uncle was admitted for less than 24 hours before he passed peacefully. The staff was so loving. They truly made his final hours comfortable and peaceful.

My family and I had my father and my mother in this "home" at separate times in 2017 at the end of their lives. It takes a very special person to care for those unable to care for themselves. Each and every one of the Moorpark Health Care Staff are that special person. We were so blessed to find Moorpark Health Care Center. To know that your loved one is being treated with dignity and care at a time when you are losing them is the greatest comfort one can have. From the moment we stepped into this lovely "home" to when we had to say goodbye, every member of the staff treated our family with genuine kindness. We marveled at how organized and skillful everyone performed their duties, and always with a smile.Please notice at the bottom of the Yelp page that there are 14 five star reviews and 4 four star reviews on the Yelp site that for some reason don't show up. This business is not getting the good score that it should be getting
