Moorpark Mail n More

Do not go here! Terrible service. Needed to mail a prepaid FedEx package so thought I'd go to this local shop. The worker (owner?) instructed me to drop it in a plastic bin sitting on the floor. I asked if I could get a receipt and he said I should just take a photo. Thought this was a little strange but snapped a couple of photos of my package in the bin as well as a shot of the storefront. As I was walking away he opened the door and asked me to come back in and retrieve my package. When I asked why he said because I was taking photos. WTH. Ended up taking my package to FedEx in Walgreens and they were happy to scan it in immediately and enter my contact info so I could have a receipt and track the package. Never wasting my time with Mail N More ever again.

I've been coming here for the past 5 years and the owners are always helpful. Helped us with other resources, too, when we needed to get our passport.

Extremely rude, threatening and hostile owner. I needed to get fingerprints and had an appointment. I didn't have a mask so he told me to wear one or leave. I told him I didn't have one so I asked if he could give me one. He told me to get the fuck out and started threatening me. So disappointed that I got treated this way.

Stay away from this store with the extremely rude and unprofessional workers. Terrible customer service and rude owners. Not sure how they are still in business with too many bad reviews. I wish I had read reviews before I schedule my fingerprint at this place. Someone needs to remind them that we are living in the United States and customer service comes first in this country.
