Hannah called me back with a quote, when other glass companies did not. Ken came out and installed a slider and replacement glass on one window. He is very meticulous, measuring more than once just to be sure everything fits perfectly and the end result is great. He showed up at his scheduled time.
I highly recommend Legendary Glass!

LEGENDARY GLASS IS THE BEST!!!!In an age where you can't always count on people acting professionally, wanting to help, or living up to agreed-upon standards...I am so happy to confirm that Legendary Glass is NOT a company that will let you down in those ways. These guys don't just meet expectations; they surpass them!From working with Ken (a laid-back, casual and friendly guy) on the measurements and install, to Hannah (clear, concise, efficient, helpful) on the back-end administration, we never felt anything but exceptional customer service, personalized attention, and motivation to produce excellent results. This team knows how to do what they do incredibly well, and with a wonderful attitude to boot! Ken worked diligently with us to fit install within our time frame, provided spectacular assistance in ordering specialty materials, and even kept the lines of communication open with prompt responsiveness to texts and calls. I couldn't recommend a better glass installer than Ken and his team. I simply wish I had more bathrooms for them to make beautiful! Thank you Legendary Glass for a truly lovely experience and even better results in our showers :)

Legendary Glass windows & doors are one of the companies I had contacted for my newly remodeled bathrooms and closets. I chose this company because I like the fact that Ken, the owner who is doing the work himself. He is very detailed and he cares about the job he is doing. I highly recommend this company.

Ken came out and installed a glass shower for me. He installed a chipped defective piece of glass. I wasn't happy and he assured me if I had any issues or my wife had any issues that he would replace it. Well after a month it stated getting air bubbles in the silicone and excessive corrosion under the anchor points and water is leaking. I tried calling him multiple times. He blocked my number. I went to drive down to his shop and I met the owner of the building who said he didn't pay his rent and they had to kick him out. The owner of the building was so nice and called him and the Ken  hung up the phone and said he wouldn't talk to me. Now he won't respond and fix the issues and stand by his work or warranty. Beware this guy comes off extremely nice and helpful in the beginning, but in the end he has absolutely no integrity because he does not follow up or fix warranty and shotty workmanship defects. He thinks he can block customers numbers and everything will go away. Well this is not true and I am now forced to contact the CSLB and take further action. This is an absolute nightmare and I would not recommend this guy to do any work for anybody. Be very careful!
