Horrible customer abuse. We had an nsf on a autopay and now they make it impossible to pay the bills. Must call before every payment??! Can only pay cash is what i was misinformed for 5 months so i was constantly trying to go in to pay but theyre always closed. Closed early on 1 friday a month, lunch break, etc. etc Were calling an investigator and an attorney. Now they won't let a tenant take over payments like a normal rental property. They pass the burden of bill collecting onto the landlord who doesn't even live in town! And put tye burden of our nsf on the new tenant. Are you serious guys?! I don't think this is legal and I certainly think the community needs to be informed of these unscrupulous policies the "board" says is law. Completely unwilling to work with us. Sheer disgust at their business operations!

This is what you get when you have a monopoly. Prices go up each year regardless of declining usage. I am sure their employees retirement funds are well padded and job security is endured. No talk about cost cutting and boosting efficiency. I have never heard of signing up for auto pay, they actually charge you more. Such customer care!

Horrible customer service , but expected from government or county ran agency. If two of your payments dont go through they treat you like your 5 and have to call into mom or dad to make a payment. I never signed any terms and conditions stating the fact . The employees here all waste their time repeating the same information (typical minimum wage workers) They leave 2 options . Either sign up for bill pay, or call them every single time you need to make a payment. 12 months when there's two people making payments that's 24 unnecessary phone calls when you guys can allow payment to be made online. What a way to make your customers life's more stressful hats off you tools what's the point of a security deposit when you won't even use the funds to cover a payment that didn't go through . Bunch of clowns
