        Lousy customer service. Lack of discretionary initiatives by Pro shop staff. Rather disappointing given that opportunity to improve year over year, still no change. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE every time. Ive been to hundreds (rec play & tournament) of pro shop operations- Moorpark CC ranks lowest. Course is fantastic, grounds and crew are over the top, well maintained and challenging. Pro Shop ruins it. I will not recommend this place to my domestic and international clients- J.
