Excellent customer service! We were gifted a basket from Picnic Time a number of years ago and were looking for a new one after the handle clips started to come out and we stained the liner. I came across the lifetime warranty and emailed customer service about a replacement. I could not have had a better customer service experience. They were quick to reply, and offered me a replacement basket, minus the contents (plates, cutlery, glasses) because the contents were still in great shape. We are excited to receive our new basket and would recommend Picnic Time to anyone as the basket has brought so many memories with certainly more to come.

Seriously i was impressed with the customer service. Very satisfued with how they handled my issue. I would definitely purchase from here again in the future. I love the products and quality.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong product. Shannon at Picnic Time was very courteous and understanding where she allowed me to return the items while covering shipping even though it was my mistake. This is the type of customer service that sets companies apart. I highly recommend this company!
