        I want to publicly thank the gentleman working behind the deli/hot food counter. I dont know his name, but hes got a great smile and is very friendly. His attitude and customer service are excellent and I really just want to express my appreciation. I hope Vons understands what an asset you are to the team!

        Lady at prepared food station was very rude to Me, treated me like a thief. Said I had to pay first for my food at the other side of the store, as if I was a child. I was busy and had to get the rest of my shopping done. I did not have time for this unprofessionalism. I am a 29 year old man, wont be coming back soon.
