        Juan was very nice, accommodating and a very easy person to work with. He handled my administrative needs in an efficient and very professional manner. If I ever encounter someone who is looking for a storage facility, I will recommend that they call iStorage Monterey. Thanks again for everything Juan !!

        Unit originally advertised that the access to units is until 10 pm every day. It is now only until 4 pm, and no access on Sunday and Monday. I work until the afternoon, so I can only come here on Saturdays, which is absurd, if I have plans that day I am out of luck on accessing my own property. Even during their advertised business hours for the office, they are rarely there. I will most likely be using another storage service.

        The hours are ridiculously useless. Im sure retired people dont have to deal with the limited hours. People who work 9-5 can't access their own storage. Why would storage company closed their business at 4pm? Why???? I can't even access my own storage because of their nonsense hours. and last but not least. They closed on sundays!. Management's you might want to consider changing your hours. Thinking about switching to public storage because they are open from 6am to 9pm. Istorage hours, Just Awful!
