Domenico's on the Wharf

A very pleasant date night space for a evening out. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. A conflict with a couple sitting next to us and leaving was so well managed we were there for the whole thing and I couldnt tell you what the issue was. The food was good and although noting truely stood out the seafood was clearly fresh and in abundant portions. The prices were on the higher end but for seafood in their location this is understandable. Walking down the pier and by the water before and after dinner made for a special evening. Parking: Large lot south of the pier accessible from Del Monte Ave. Pay stations spread out throughout lot.

The food was nice but we wanted to eat in Cafe Fina which is owned by the same people. The menu here is much more limited. The food was very nice but the main pasta portion was small. The view is nice as we were seated by the window. There isn't much atmosphere. Very average place so wait for a spot at Cafe Fina which is over the road.

Older manager woman, dressed in white, goes into the restaurants restroom, storms off after a bit, complaining about the restroom stink to her colleagues in the front entrance. I wonder if her necessities leave a pleasant smell after she is done. For the price of the food and place, I was disappointed by her and her colleagues.

Gladys was an amazing server and really helped us with picking our dishes, sampling wine, and then pairing it with our meal. Vegetarian options: Had pasta, soup, and appetizer for vegetarians
