This is a scam business. This is not their address - they arrange to meet people in parking lots. The photos are of other businesses. This address has been a different shop for years. They are stealing the identity of an actual business address - they do not have a shop. Beware.

Worst customer service! Totally feeling scammed. To start, I was given an address to meet with the technician (mind you, my phone is broken so I had no phone to call). I went to the address and it is now a jewelry repair shop. So I rush back home and luckily caught my husband before leaving for work so I had him call about the address. He sends me to starbucks. I shouldv'e backed out then, but he said he had all the tools and would do it right infront of me, which he did. As he finished he said to let him know f the screen does not work as it was under warranty. I asked him if there is a reason it wouldn't work and he reassured me that it would be fine. I get the phone and try it out, it works, great. I send him 250 via zelle and was happy. Couple days goes by and I plug in my phone overnight. By morning, the screen wasn't working, it was not registering a touch. So I use my husbands phone again to let the,m know the issue. Someone gives me the technicians number, he doesn't respond. So I let them know no one was responding and they send a new technician out, to my house, comes in and tries to reset it like they already had me do myself, who then says he will have to order a new screen but its under warranty and it will just be 20$ for the drives. He says he will be back when the new screen arrives. He texts me via my husands cell and says he will meet at our house at a specific time. He is 2 hours late, texts us "Sorry I'm going to be late" beyond the appointment time, brings the new screen but asks to take my phone to his car. He comes back about 20 minutes later saying its not the screen its a plug inside the phone and his boss will text me about next steps. The boss never texts me. I text them back, nothing. Feeling totally scammed out of 250$, plus they tried to act like I was getting a great discount and also had the audacity to try and charge me for gas. This "company" does not even have the proper equipment to diagnosis what is wrong with the phone. So, if it isn't just a broken screen, you're screwed. Proceed with caution. I took a phone to the computer repair place on del monte avenue over there by hotel 1110. Great service and he absolutely trustworthy in his diagnosis and honest about his ability to fix it or not.
