Teresa Souza was our agent in the purchase of our home in San Jose in November 2021. Teresa was excellent from start to finish. It was a complicated trust-sale, and Teresa's knowledge and years of experience helped get us through to closing. Teresa is very well organized and she worked with our mortgage broker, the seller's agent, and the title company to keep things moving smoothly. As first time homebuyers, we also appreciated Teresa keeping us informed every step of the way, and for being available day and night to answer our questions. Teresa has been a true blessing throughout this whole process of buying our first house. As first time home buyers we were very nervous about starting the process of searching for and purchasing a house, but Teresa made the whole process easier than we could have imagined. She was professional and courteous, and very safety conscious by adhering to all of the procedures and guidelines during the pandemic. She would consistently send us relevant houses within our budget range with features we requested and in locations we desired. She was extremely responsive and attentive in scheduling house walk-throughs for anything we were interested in. A huge plus for us was finding someone that was not pushy about raising our price or lowering our expectations; and she met both of those with exceeding standards.
