Montage Medical Group, Ryan Ranch

I work at Montage and recently was a patient (usually I have my care at the DoD health clinic in marina). I had a very good experience as a patient here and would recommend our facility, which I think you never really know as a healthcare worker until you experience as a patient.

I called to schedule an appointment to establish care with a primary care provider as a new patient and the soonest appointment was over 5 months away. That is completely unacceptable. I will go somewhere else.

Montage Group at Ryan Ranch is another mismanaged medical clinic operated by Montage Healthcare. This location has terrible customer service and the staff at the check-in desk are not very friendly and definitely not helpful. Scheduled appointments often tend to run behind the scheduled appointment time often up to an hour or more late. No apologies are given and I noticed that the doctor will try to rush the appointment to get rid of you quickly. Scheduling visits with my provider's was very difficult and oftentimes appointments were scheduled weeks away. The office manager here at this location is very rude bordering on hostile. I also believe that she may have some racial prejudice because of how she reacts and speaks. Montage Ryan Ranch is definitely another horribly run medical office operated by Montage Healthcare Services that needs better management as well as retraining the staff at the front desk. This is another Montage group that I personally recommend avoiding if you want to avoid horrible medical care.
