        Absolutely worst possible experience I have had from the front desk manager to the reservation agent. Rude and very unhelpful. 0 stars if I could.

        This hotel is more a complex of buildings, some pretty and covered in flowered vines, some not. We were at Casa Munras on weekend and parking was hard to come by. We had to drive around several times (on one way roads) until someone left, vacating a spot. Our room was advertised as poolside and it was, however there was a six foot fence between our one windowed room and the pool. Very unpleasant. The room itself was a good size and clean but with very outdated furniture and a dark, neglected feel. On the positive side it was conveniently located and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Too busy and unpleasantly old school for the price.

        Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and it was fantastic! Our room was a little small at first until we talked to the concierge and they upgraded our room for us at no extra charge. The service was immaculate! And if you ever get a chance to meet Hannah youll instantly know that you chose the right place to stay! Everything from the complimentary bike rentals to the quick service when asking for extra towels or plastic silverware! It was great! Highly recommended!
